Founded in 2004, SG Kuldīgas projekti has been developing custom private and apartment house projects since 2012.
In 2018, after careful selection of potential strategic partners, we started cooperation with one of the largest industrial wooden house manufacturers in Latvia, WIGO Group, in order to be able to offer customers modern, high-quality and energy-efficient housing using the most innovative wooden house construction technologies.

8 A.M. Architects — award-winning architectural bureau from Rīga, Latvia. The architectural concept of the InLimbaži Eco Village was developed by architect Juris Lasis from the 8 A.M. Architects studio. They combine thoughtfully detailed architectural design together with a sustainable and comfortable living approach.

WIGO Group — the leading company in the manufacturing of prefabricated and modular houses. Being a manufacturer of cross-laminated timber WIGO uses only natural materials. The company was established in Austria in 1938 and relocated to Limbaži, Latvia in 2018.
WIGO Group manufactures modules and prefab panels for the InLimbaži Eco Village project.
